The meeting took place earlier this week with the participation of Managing Director of the Ghadir Foundation Hossein Zarifmanesh and representatives from the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, Iranian Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Science, Research and Technology, and Health, Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) World Assembly, and Al-Mustafa International University.
They offered plans for the celebrations, which will take place from January 11 to 14 in Iran and a number of other countries, according to Zarifmanesh.
The plans include organizing webinars and forums on the teachings of Ahl-ul-Bayt (AS) and launching several campaigns, he noted.
He said at a time when the world more than ever needs teachings like justice, spirituality, serving the poor and fighting oppression, introducing the character and teachings of Imam Ali (AS) in the Muslim world and other societies has been put on the agenda of the programs.
The birthdays of Imam Jawad (AS) and Imam Ali (AS) are celebrated on the 10th and 13th days of the lunar Hijri month of Rajab (January 11 and January 14 in 2025).
